Shipping; We ship all over Canada through Greyhound Courier (or private carriers), to trace your orders kindly email us for waybill number, once you have the number, contact your local depot by going to following greyhound website: http://shipgreyhound.ca/  we also ship to Newfoundland, Nunavut and Yukon, kindly email us your shipping address for quote

How to Order:
To place an order on our web site, you will first need to click on the "ADD TO YOUR CART" buttons for the products you want, if you are planning to add more products then keep shopping and at the end, click on “VIEW CART“ at the top right side, In the shopping cart page you can remove a product by clicking the check box "x" and then clicking the "Update" button. You can change a quantity by clicking the "Quantity" box, typing in the number of pieces you want, and clicking the "Update" button. Now click on “ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST” and type your State/province and zip/postal code and click “ESTIMATE” you will see the shipping charges and taxes, click on "Update" to see the new grand total, once you are ready to make your purchase, click on the "CHECKOUT" button on the bottom of Shopping Cart page, from here you can checkout as a guest or register and fill in your details, for any help on your purchase, call us toll free at 1-877-999-1198.

 

Pickup orders: after adding the products, quantity and view cart, you need to click “ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST” and select "ONTARIO" and click "ESTIMATE"  you will see two options, select "PICKUP AT WAREHOUSE" and click "UPDATE"  and then "CHECKOUT"  from here you can follow the instructions mention above after CHECKOUT.


Shipping Time frame:
All the orders are shipped from our warehouse Located at Hwy 401 & Hwy 10 in Mississauga, Ontario,  Typically smaller instock orders can ship immediately after payment is received, You should receive your product in approx 5 to 14 business days depending upon where you are located in Canada.


Stock availability :
Some products may be back ordered and will not be available for immediate shipping, Confirm stock at : sales@artefac.com

 


Shipping Damage: Inspect the boxes & chairs when you receive them. If you see a damaged box, request to open the box while taking delivery. Make a note on delivery receipt about the damage, dont send the damade products back, e-mail us the pic of damage products and boxes, We will send the replacement ASAP, If the damage is not reported to us in 3 days of deliverty, customer has to pay the shipping charges for replacement.
 

Product care: for chairs and stools make sure to protect the bottom of the legs with felt if you have hardwood/laminate or tiles, foot rails on stools should also be protected by felt or metal ( U or L shape bracket ) for any damage, leather should not be exposed to direct sunlight everyday, keep the products away from heating ducts.

 


Delivery: all deliveries charged are for door or curbside only, inside delivery charges are extra and customer has to pay exra to shipping company or at the time of placing the order.

All customer service related issues including delivery, orders & exchange,  kindly email at service@artefac.com , Toll free number is for sales calls only.



Return policy: You need to pay for regular shipping both ways (shipping rates on website are discounted), if you decide to send them back. Time frame: inform within 3 days from the day you receive the products, Products on discount and clearance cannot be returned or exchanged for minor damage or imperfection, they will be still replaced (if stock is available) if damaged in shipping, We don't have one month return policy because we don't want any other customer getting used chairs, large orders 8 or more chairs, 30% cancellation fee will apply with regular shipping charge both ways, special orders chairs for restaurant cannot be cancelled or replaced, leather color may vary for 2 different shipments because of different batch, color on products may look different because of monitor resolution or lighting at the time of photo shoot, products returned without taking deliver will be charged restocking fee plus regular shipping both ways. 

 

Pickup of products:  Kindly pickup the products after inspecting them, any claim later for damage or imperfection will not be accepted, pickup items cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
